Our time together is for you. As your therapist we take the time to get to know and understand who you really are, where you have been and where you want to be. We take into consideration your beliefs, experiences, hopes and goals. We guide you how to listen to your own inner wisdom and guide you to experience more joy in spite of the challenges that arise.
Before you meet with a therapist, a brief consultation via phone conversation will take place so that we will know a bit about why you are seeking therapy. After that, the first session is about what you hope to gain(and lose) from therapy as well as your expectations about the therapeutic process. We will ask you questions about your life so that I can begin to understand all the qualities that make you,you.
